In order to improve the cleaning of the vinyl records, we have developed a new circular brush (brush roller) for our machines.

These brushes are powered by the record plate and rotate contrary to the direction of rotation of the record. It can be simply exchanged with the existing brush head (Limited / Mera EL and Aragon EL). A moistening of the brush with cleaning liquid is warranted accurately as with the existing brush heads.

By swirling of the cleaning liquid on the circular brush the dirt in the chamfer ground is being soluted and swirled very well, in order that it can be subsequently aspirated. With this brush you can get hard cases, it means very heavily soiled records again in its primitive state and enjoy therefore a calm music without any crackle. The removal of press residua on many new records, which can be very strenuous, is with this new brush not a problem any more.

With the EL edition of our machine, you have additionally the possibility to adjust the speed of the brush after your own wish, whereas with the Limited or Micro edition it works only with one speed.

This brush suits also for the Micro EL and Micro Edition, whereas with these machines, due to the missing fresh water tank and pump, the cleaning liquid has to be applied manually.

Records, which you may have already forsaken, become again like new!
